Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assess customers' needs and provide information and solutions for their homes.
- Ensure department areas are clean, tidy, and items are properly displayed and priced.
- Actively steer top-selling and prioritized products to maximize sales.
- Learn and share product features and benefits with customers and colleagues.
- Support the implementation of planned commercial activities.
