Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high level of cleanliness in the restaurant area.
- Dispose of and clear food wastage.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and Q.S.C. standards.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle cashier duties and process sales transactions accurately.
- Perform stock checks and ensure inventory records are accurate.
Requirements
- Team player, customer-service oriented.
- Able to cope in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- Comfortable with maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
- Able to manage cashiering duties.
- Able to withstand prolonged hours of standing and lift heavy trays.
- Able to commit to AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
