Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI innovation in Urban Solutions and Sustainability, focusing on AI-enabled HVAC features.
- Co-create sustainability initiatives with business units and contribute to the product portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development from data acquisition to modeling.
- Design and execute experiments to validate ideas and develop prototypes.
- Build cooperation with local institutions and universities for research collaboration.
- Align with Strategic Research Portfolio Owner and provide project updates.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with AI methods research.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML for time-series data, signal processing, system identification, and control systems.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and LLMs for research acceleration.
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end AI solution development.
- Awareness of latest AI industrial solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
