Key Responsibilities
- Depending on the assigned rotation, the selected candidate may be assigned some of the responsibilities mentioned below.
- Upon finalization of the rotation decision, people leader will provide detail of rotation assignment and responsibilities.
- Design/develop/substantiate/implement new repairs.
- Identify production constraint in cell, understand available capacity and ensure constraint is continuously in production to maximize cell output.
- Ensure that all relevant processes comply with quality requirements, conduct investigations and implement corrective actions as required.
- Lead cross functional teams in root cause analysis, and error prevention.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a high-performing engineering graduate who is eager to be hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, applying strong analytical skills, Lean thinking, and clear communication to drive process improvements and support safe, sustainable aerospace production.
- Bachelor's degree in related Engineering fields or Material Science with a minimum 3.8 cumulative GPA off a 5 scale without rounding Working experience less than 12 months in related fields High change agility, ready to take any assigned rotation in technical and manufacturing operation.
- Strong dedication to a career in Aviation and a real passion for engineering/ technical functions Highly motivated, energetic, confident, flexible in changing environments Demonstrated learning agility and analytical approach towards problem solving Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms Strong team and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in project teams in an international environment and also work independently Respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
