Key Responsibilities
- Forecast and communicate engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers.
- Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
- Form Materials Core Team and coordinate product development process deliverables.
- Assist in supplier price and delivery negotiations.
- Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).
- Manage materials change control process and resolve quality issues.
