Key Responsibilities
- As the account owner, represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
- Identifies customer needs and develops/implements sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- More than 5 years of experience in account sales, business development, or technical sales within semiconductor, capital equipment, or advanced manufacturing industries
- Candidates with prior process/ equipment experiences in WFE (Wafer Fab Equipment) companies or procurement experiences dealing with WFE are encouraged to apply
- Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts and sales cycles
- Strong strategic selling and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
- Ability to travel locally and regionally
