Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and organizational updates into clear and engaging content
- Develop and execute global internal communications strategy for the region
- Create key messages and presentations for internal communications
- Manage internal communication channels including townhalls, internal platforms, workspace design, and email communications
- Produce high‑quality content such as creatives, stories, and videos
- Ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and appropriate tone of voice across all internal communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications
- Experience supporting executive communications and community management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in visual communication; proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or photography is a plus
- Comfortable coordinating logistics and supporting multi‑stakeholder initiatives
