Key Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with customers to understand High Value Problems (HVP), propose, and implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP).
- Capture learning to maximize service opportunities and implement solutions to improve customer KPIs.
- Increase CSA value through defect/variability/COO reduction and PM/process Cpk/matching/Output optimization.
- Identify opportunities for CSA renewal, upsell, or penetration.
- Demonstrate and drive the adoption of new Fab-vantage service technologies at the customer site through Demos, on-site evaluations, and Joint Development Programs.
- Resolve complex tool issues utilizing analytics, equipment, and process knowledge for effective root cause diagnostics and issue resolution.
- Issue reports to customers explaining priorities and providing suggestions based on BOM, EC, FSS data, and FV360 for two products.
- Mentor/Lead junior level MPE's.
Requirements
- 7 - 10 Years
- In depth knowledge of hardware and processes on one or more areas (CVD, Etch, Process Integration, Defect), experience with 2 or more technologies strongly preferred
- Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field
- Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function
- Advanced integration knowledge is a plus
- Able to articulate and communicated well is a must
