Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the assembly and testing of components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies of semiconductor equipment
- Update and expand existing test scripts, debug scripts by testing for and fixing errors
- Compile logbooks and test procedures documentation utilizing clear writing skills. Assist in revising, developing and implementing documented procedures. Write complex process flow, technical reports and test/assembly procedures.
- Test and troubleshoot system and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems with minimal supervision
- Perform root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and test of systems
- Data Handling: Skills in data collection, preprocessing, analysis and model deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering with specific interest in test engineering. Preferred minimum 5 year of experience.
- Experience working on semiconductor equipment – either in manufacturing, design, test or in field technical service.
- Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures for semiconductor equipment testing.
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum and process testing.
- Functional understanding of test simulation hardware and software
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to identify and fix issues.
