About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Global Product Support (GPS) Engineer in Singapore to develop new service procedures, participate in new product testing, solve customer issues, and act as a central expert on latest technologies. This role involves travel to customer sites and engineering sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) for new products.
  • Participate in and own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab.
  • Solve issues or work with Engineering to address identified issues.
  • Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate on New Product final test.
  • Travel to customer sites to support and solve high value problems.
  • Be the central informational expert on latest technologies.
