Key Responsibilities
- Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on process engineering experiments.
- Perform hardware characterization on complex systems.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Measure film properties and interpret data.
- Generate internal documentation for products and technical reports.
- Communicate with customers to resolve process engineering issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of related experience in semiconductor process, especially PVD.
- Understanding or familiarity with Through-Silicon Via (TSV) is preferable.
- Demonstrates expertise in complex problem solving.
