About the role
Technical Product Support Engineer II provides remote and on‑site escalation support for Metal Packaging/MDP equipment, handling complex technical issues, leading troubleshooting, coaching field service personnel, and contributing to product improvements and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple technical escalations with focus on resolution time and quality
- Attend customer field issue meetings and collaborate with BU engineers
- Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
- Publish technical lessons learned, troubleshooting guides, and ET papers
- Provide on‑site coaching to field service operators (FSO)
- Provide Alpha and Beta site support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of semiconductor fab experience
- At least 3 years of experience with Applied Materials Metal Packaging or MDP products
- MDP equipment certification
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
