Key Responsibilities
- Direct management of planners' and S&OP's activities.
- Responsible for Operations division execution performance.
- Achieve perfect OTD level and full customer satisfaction.
- Develop Operation responsiveness for business demands.
- Control Operations key performance indicators (efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction).
- Manage key BU organizational processes (NPI & SPI BP, Product Transition).
