Applied Materials is hiring an Epi Manufacturing Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee production, resource utilization, and personnel. This role involves leading continuous improvement efforts, identifying new technologies, and providing leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor production using metrics/budgets and initiate corrective action.
- Plan and evaluate optimal resource utilization and efficiency of operation.
- Direct, guide, monitor, and evaluate personnel to accomplish production and supply chain goals.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and projects to refine production methods.
- Identify and pursue new technologies to improve production and cycle time.
- Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and personal development of direct reports.
Requirements
- Understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to objectives.
- Ability to manage a team, adapting plans and priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems.
- Understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance.
- May require standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, lifting, etc.
- May involve working in a clean room with appropriate PPE.
