About the role
The Process Engineer (New College Graduate) role involves collecting and analyzing data from basic process engineering experiments, performing hardware characterization, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, measuring film properties, generating internal documentation, and communicating with customers and vendors under supervision, all within a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect data, analyze, and compile reports on basic process engineering experiments
- Perform hardware characterization on basic systems
- Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve basic process engineering issues
- Measure film properties and organize data/reports for review
- Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports
- Communicate and engage with customers to resolve basic process engineering issues or concerns, under direct supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry or physics
- Prior internship or project experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry will be beneficial
- Basic understanding of DOE (Design of Experiments)
- Ability to work inside a cleanroom lab where cleanroom bunny suit is compulsory
- Science Park (will move to Tampines at the end of 2026)
