The AIX Field Service Engineer at Applied Materials serves as the primary point of contact for customer site digital tools, driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting, model propagation, and dashboard configuration while mentoring team members and leveraging data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement and drive continual improvement of digital tools
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools globally
- Explain difficult or sensitive problems and build consensus with team and customers
- Support complex problems using data analytics and multiple information sources
- Responsible for model propagation and dashboard configuration
- Monitor signals for short‑ and long‑term trends
Requirements
- Knowledge of Applied Materials digital products and applications
- Understanding of equipment and fab operations
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Experience with data analytics, modeling, and dashboard configuration
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and build consensus
- Mentoring and informal leadership abilities
