Key Responsibilities

  • This is a single contributor role and will report to the Logistics Operations Manager.
  • The position requires experience in Logistics Operations and Project Management in a manufacturing environment, along with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Representing the business operations, he/she will be responsible for identifying operational process improvements that will drive compliance cost, productivity, capacity, quality improvements.
  • Role is Singapore based and focused but not limited to potential global program/tasks engagement to drive Best Known Methods and harmonization cross sites.
  • Functional Accountabilities Business operations focal to productivity/capacity improvements with operations, Logistics IE and Logistics Service Providers.
  • Support management in the development and governance of partner strategies and process governance Develop and sustain compliance programs (Logistics related such as RBA, 6S etc )

Requirements

  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own job family and basic knowledge of other related job families Strong communication and collaboration Skills SAP Knowledge will be an advantage Highly adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic environment High level of Business Acumen Guides, influences, and persuades others internally in related areas or externally to drive results.
