Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive, multimodal learning content such as infographics, motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, videos, interactive media, and AI-enhanced digital learning assets for online learning and professional development programmes.
- Analyse, propose, and translate teaching and learning content into visual design assets.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and generative AI technologies to support content ideation, rapid prototyping, media production, personalization, and workflow automation while ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with institutional standards.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to research and develop tech-enabled learning solutions.
- Co-Design digital media campaigns and associated digital content aligned with the goals of projects/units/ the institution.
- Co-Develop communications and engagement materials, including publication design, infographics, data visualisations, executive-level PowerPoint presentations, web graphics, web design, social media assets, and e-Newsletters.
- Co-Design templates and layouts based on institutional brand guidelines to ensure consistency, and timely delivery of production outputs.
- Co-Create new digital marketing strategies for teaching and learning and sharing knowledge amongst team members and the institute wide.
- Explore and evaluate emerging digital media, AI, and educational technology trends to complement current/emerging teaching and learning methodologies and continually improve design work and processes.
- Stay current through professional development courses, online learning, and industry research, applying new knowledge and skills to the job.
Requirements
- A Polytechnic Diploma in Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Learning & Development/e-Learning industry. Experience working in an IHL will be an added advantage.
- Experience with using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate.
- Possess excellent technical experience in graphic design, illustration and animation.
- Familiarity with web design, UI/UX concepts and content management systems such as Google Sites, Sitefinity and Blackboard.
- A collaborative team player with a positive outlook, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to present creative ideas and solutions through effective communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
