Key Responsibilities
- Collection of data from literature and industry
- Provide estimations for data not available in literature
- Develop and apply process, analytical and geospatial models to evaluate technological systems.
- Conduct quantitative analysis, and performance assessments using appropriate modelling tools and datasets
- Perform scenario, sensitivity, and uncertainty analyses to support research objectives.
- Prepare manuscripts, reports and presentations
- Guide and train students and junior lab members
- Maintain complete documentation for modelling methods and analysis used
- Regular communications with supervisors on progress and report writing
Requirements
- PhD degree in chemical engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in process modelling
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in ASPEN-HYSYS and Geographic Information System tools
