Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site research coordination and data preparation in healthcare settings, including collaboration with hospitals, clinics, and institutional partners to facilitate data access and research implementation.
  • Acquire, integrate, and manage multi-source datasets, including electronic health records, system log data, survey data, and other administrative datasets required for research projects.
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and quality assurance, ensuring large-scale datasets are properly structured, anonymized, and suitable for statistical and machine learning analysis.
  • Develop and implement data analysis pipelines using Python and SQL to process structured and unstructured data (e.g., text, medical images, or voice records).
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and natural language processing, to extract insights from healthcare-related datasets.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Biomedical Informatics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Relevant experience in data analytics or research support, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or large-scale data environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with demonstrated ability to process and analyze large datasets.
  • , such as text, image, or audio data, including familiarity with techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, or speech data processing.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and machine learning workflows, with the ability to implement analytical pipelines for empirical research.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to manage and integrate multi-source datasets, including structured and unstructured data from digital systems, surveys, or administrative databases.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document analytical processes and support research reporting.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary research teams and healthcare environments.
