Requirements
- A degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution or higher education environment.
- Prior experience in student administration, postgraduate programme operations, or academic support is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office IT systems; comfortable working with data, databases, and online administrative platforms.
- Strong system and data literacy, with the ability to handle large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.
- Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels, including students, faculty, and administrative colleagues.
- Able to multitask, manage competing deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
