Key Responsibilities
- Managing and executing studies, supervising and training research assistants and students, and supporting project timelines and administration.
- Handle data management (including cleaning, coding, and analysis), ensure compliance with ethical and institutional requirements, and contribute to grant reporting.
- Supporting research dissemination efforts, such as preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and assisting with conference presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in psychology or a related social science field (Master’s preferred)

- Strong organisational, data management, and project coordination skills
- Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with students and research staff
- Good written and verbal communication skills
