Key Responsibilities
- Prospect identification and qualification.
- Prospect analysis and reporting.

- Collaboration with Fundraising Team on profiles and due diligence.
- Ensure compliance and ethics in research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3years’ experience in managing customer relationship databases and conducting due diligence on individuals & entities, preferably in fundraising sector with prospect research exposure.
- Knowledge of the nonprofit sector and fundraising.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a high standard for accuracy and clarity.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong ethical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
