Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning objects and learning assets across formats (interactive modules, video, and immersive experiences where relevant).
- Develop and deliver video learning objects end-to-end, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, and editing.
- Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective learning object-based solutions.
- Apply instructional design principles to ensure learning effectiveness and engagement.
- Use data and feedback to evaluate and continuously improve learning objects and delivery.
- Publish and manage learning objects within learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and explore new tools and approaches to enhance learning object design and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Learning Design, Educational Technology, Media, Communications, Design, or related fields).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in learning design, digital media, or content development.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing learning objects/assets across formats.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise).
- (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard).
- Strong ability to translate learning needs into effective solutions.
