Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director and Centre staff.
  • Manage budgets and financial administration across all Centre projects and funding streams.
  • Support grant application preparation and post-award compliance.
  • Coordinate the Centre's full events programme, including conferences, seminars, and healthcare workshops.
  • Manage Centre communications, website, and records.
  • Liaise with NTU administrative offices and external partners on behalf of the Centre.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
