Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent and collaborative research on microwave/millimeter-wave/terahertz metasurfaces, transmitarrays, reflectarrays, and multi-beam antenna arrays.
  • Perform design and analysis of high-performance devices using electromagnetic simulation software such as HFSS and CST.
  • Complete comprehensive antenna characterization in anechoic chamber environments, including radiation pattern, gain, polarization, and amplitude/phase measurements.
  • Publish high-quality research outcomes in top-tier journals.
  • Assist in supervising PhD students, Research Assistants, and Master students.
  • Contribute to grant applications, project report writing, and laboratory operations.

Requirements

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant research experience in microwave/millimeter-wave/terahertz devices, metasurfaces, transmitarrays/reflectarrays, and multi-beam antenna arrays.
  • Strong background in computational electromagnetics and electromagnetic simulation techniques.
  • -scanning antenna arrays and reconfigurable metasurfaces is highly desirable.
  • Excellent publication record in the field of metasurface and antenna array.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and lead research projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
