Key Responsibilities

  • Design and formulate novel control system frameworks to achieve optimal charging profiles for EV batteries, balancing speed with longevity.
  • Devise and implement data-driven and AI-based optimization algorithms specifically for the thermal and health management of Li-ion batteries in wireless charging environments.
  • Conduct high-level research into predictive maintenance strategies and advanced State of Health monitoring to improve battery safety and lifecycle.
  • Improve existing battery management architectures by integrating Digital Twin technology to create real-time, adaptive control loops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications.
  • Lead the dissemination of research by drafting high-impact manuscripts for journals and presenting findings at international conferences.

Requirements

  • PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Expertise in developing control algorithms.
  • Knowledge of Li-ion battery modeling techniques.
  • Research experience in predictive maintenance, battery thermal and health management.
  • , data analytics, and machine learning model development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab and Python.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
