Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- A minimum of 18 years of demonstrated experience in commercial leasing, hospitality, events management, community engagement, or university student life, along with a successful history in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and managing large-scale projects.
- Proven track record in leading transformation and implementing change management.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience in business planning, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Passion for enhancing campus life and community engagement, with an inclusive and collaborative leadership style.
