Key Responsibilities
- Participate in conducting research projects with team members to ensure completion of deliverables.
- Lead the design, synthesis, and optimization of polymers and polymer materials.
- Conduct laboratory experiments for the synthesis of polymers and polymer materials, including purification and characterization using techniques such as NMR, GPC, and electron microscopes.
- Optimize synthetic routes and troubleshoot any challenges encountered during synthesis.
- Analyze experimental data, maintain meticulous records, and contribute to report and manuscript preparation.
Requirements
- MSc in the field of Chemistry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong initiatives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good synthetic experimental skills for controlled radical polymerization.
- Good knowledge of synthetic polymer chemistry.
- Good writing skills for reports and publication in academic journals.
