Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and publish interdisciplinary research within the Centre's thematic strands.
  • Engage with hospital, arts, and community partners on cross-sector research projects.
  • Assist with grant applications to various funding bodies.
  • Contribute to teaching on the MA in Health, Culture, and Society.
  • Mentor student researchers and support the Centre's PPI initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Centre's seminars, events, publications programme, and outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant humanities or social sciences discipline.
  • Academic expertise in health, culture, and/or society; commitment to the lifeworld approach.
  • Track record of independent research and scholarly outputs.
  • -sector collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage academic and non-academic audiences.
