Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and overall management of hospital-at-home pilot projects and service initiatives.
- Oversee the collection, management, and advanced analysis of clinical, operational, and patient experience data to evaluate programme outcomes and inform decision-making.
- Engage clinicians, administrators, community partners, and other stakeholders to optimise workflows, care pathways, and implementation strategies.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and research outputs, and contribute to grant applications, publications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, health services research, engineering, or a related field.
- Postdoctoral or relevant research experience in healthcare innovation, project management, or applied analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical, organisational, project leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
