Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project of pharmaceutical crystallization process modeling
- Develop novel process models by combining mechanistic models and machine-learning techniques
- Actively participate in the group events and mentor students
- Communicate with external researchers and industry experts to deepen the project
- Publish articles in prestigious academic journals
Requirements
- PhD qualification degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Relevant experiences in process modeling
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in programming (e.g. Python), differential equations, and machine learning
- Competent in data analysis and research proposing
- Ability to work independently and in a team, excellent organizational and time management skills
