Key Responsibilities

Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO)
Coordinate faculty recognition and engagement activities, including the Teacher of the Year Award, Dean’s List Lunch, faculty workshops, and UPO team-building events
Administer mid-term scholarships, university/college-level awards, and financial aid applications, including application calls, verification, and fund disbursement
Track and process payments for case studies required for courses.
Provide support for ad-hoc assignments as required
Administer student academic matters, including Short Leave of Absence, Semester Leave of Absence, candidature‑related cases, re‑admission, withdrawal, and termination
Process and assess student credit matters, including credit transfer and credit exemptions, in accordance with university policies
Work closely with the Programme Director and teaching faculty to support teaching arrangements, scheduling, and administrative requirements
Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and timely updates to academic systems
Coordinate and administer course registration for UAPP students in line with approved programme structures and timelines

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Possess minimum 3 years of relevant working experience , preferably in the education sector
Proficient in MS Office software suites
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Able to handle large volumes of data
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Able to exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Proactive and tactful team player with the ability to interact well with people from all levels
Possess good critical thinking, and a positive learning attitude
