Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone enquiries and manage appointment bookings for patients.
- Coordinate and match patients’ needs with appropriate physicians, taking into account patient preferences and well-being.
- Manage daily front desk cash collections with accuracy, integrity, and proper record-keeping.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and relationship management.
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or clinic management.
- Requirements
- Diploma from a recognised polytechnic or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in a front desk role and/or a TCM clinic will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
