Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and implementation of SaaS and Bespoke systems, in-house applications, and AI-Driven solutions under the guidance of the project owner in SAO.
- Support requirements gathering with stakeholders within SAO and help develop solutions using low-code or no-code platforms to automate workflows
- Track project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Document business process workflows, functional and technical specifications, and user guides with accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams (workstream members, Centre of IT Service, Student Management System team, etc) and external vendors to facilitate communication
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, executing tests and tracking issues and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
- Help organise training sessions and prepare materials to support system rollouts
- Assist in change management to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance post-go-live and provide first-level support for operational issues.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve technical issues and identify system enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome.
- Some experience or internship exposure in IT project coordination, systems implementation, or process automation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with higher education systems or Student Affairs/Life processes is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to document systems and processes accurately and clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
