Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize ICC courses, workshop/seminars and activities.
- Plan class timetabling, including booking of class venues.
- Work with Colleges/Schools and course instructors (internal/external) on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments.
- Point of contact and support to students and schools on all matters related to ICC courses, including liaising with other relevant offices.
- Handle and manage ICC courses registration and to arrange students from various disciplines in every ICC class.
- Monitor class attendances.
- Handle students’ results including arrangement of meeting for Board of Examiners to finalise students’ results.
- Manage all payments to course instructors.
- Manage any other administrative matters related to ICC courses.

Requirements
- A recognized university degree (in any discipline).
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Possess good communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application software.
- People-oriented and a team player.
