Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and interdisciplinary team members to support the development of sustainability frameworks, metrics, and evaluation methodologies, based on real-world feedback
  • Assist in formulating research hypotheses and translating them into testable frameworks
  • Coordinate data collection through surveys, industry engagement, and pilot studies
  • Analyze operational and pilot data to generate actionable insights
  • Facilitate industry–university–research collaboration projects
  • Support the translation of research outcomes into real-world applications and pilot programs
  • Manage collaborations, project timelines, and cross-functional communication
  • Organize and support outreach activities, including workshops, seminars, and public engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate and host lab visits, demonstrations, and delegation receptions
  • Present research capabilities and outcomes to external stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or above in Managerial Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Familiarity with sustainability, green technology, or digital economy initiatives is an advantage
  • Ability to translate research concepts into structured problems, hypotheses, and data requirements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging government, industry, or institutional partners
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration across academia, industry, and the public sector
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in presenting to external stakeholders, including delegations and partners
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
