Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating and following up on ACMV maintenance activities for assigned areas.
  • Liaise with users and contractors to support routine servicing and rectification works.
  • Supervise and inspect contractors’ work on site to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot ACMV services failures and attend to related problems.
  • Closely monitor ACMV systems faults and respond promptly to breakdowns, users’ feedback and queries and maintain regular discussions with maintenance contractors to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring ACMV maintenance programmes to ensure systems are maintained in safe & good operating condition.
  • Provide technical support and advice to project teams and users on ACMV installations for new developments and A&A projects, where required.
  • Monitor chilled water consumption and support initiatives to improve energy efficiency and operational performance.
  • Support ACMV-related upgrading and improvement projects as assigned.
  • Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Building & Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, design, or installation of mechanical building services.
  • Good knowledge of ACMV systems, including installation, operation and maintenance.
  • Familiar with local codes of practice and tender processes.
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications for analysis and report generation.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD for engineering drawings.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical, operational and site-related issues.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
