Key Responsibilities
- Support the academic planning function through information/data consolidation, analysis and reporting.
- Prepare intake and enrolment data reports for certification and institutional submissions.
- Support the monitoring and reporting on KPIs to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Assist in process improvement and workflow streamlining for reporting and planning.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across the university to gather information and align on requirements for submissions.
- Requirements
- Degree with at least 3 years of work experience in administrative/policy functions. Candidates with experience in higher education administration, policy, compliance, or institutional reporting will have an added advantage.
- Strong background in institutional/management reporting and preparing materials for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to collate and integrate data accurately from multiple sources.
- Exposure to governance, compliance, or policy-related work such as audits or regulatory submissions.
