Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in disciplines relevant to the specific domains/industries.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience with a deep understanding of the assigned sectors, including market trends, talent needs, and sector dynamics. Experience working with startups and in the Fintech sector is a plus.
- Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative approaches to employer engagement.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong ability to analyse data to forecast hiring needs and measure sector engagement effectiveness.
- Commitment to aligning employer needs with student aspirations and career success.
- Possess strong initiative, self-motivated and achievement-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box when solving problems.
