Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and experimental research on Mid-Infrared and Terahertz Photonics device structures.
- Design and implement devices such as topological lasers and detectors and waveguides.
- Develop and validate devices such as lasers and detectors and waveguides.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to explore practical applications of novel Mid-Infrared and Terahertz Photonics device structures.
- Prepare high-quality research publications and present findings at conferences and seminars.
Requirements
- Minimally Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optical Engineering or other related fields.
- Applicants with PhD or pending PhD Conferment preferred.
- Mid-Infrared and Terahertz Photonics device structures designs and simulations.
- The ability to conduct independent research is highly desirable.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
