Key Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and implementing organizational field experiments, supporting project implementation, securing research sites and samples, and maintaining industry research collaborations
- Conduct research on artificial intelligence and strategic management, focusing on managerial decision-making and strategic processes in AI-enabled organizational contexts.
- Process and analyze multi-source survey, experimental, and organizational datasets, and support preparation of research reports and research outputs.
- Contribute to academic publications and research dissemination activities, including research grant applications, academic conferences, and student research supervision where appropriate.
Requirements
- Education: PhD in Management, Strategy, Organizational Behaviour, or related disciplines.
- Research Experience: Experience in organizational or experimental research and demonstrated ability to conduct independent research.
- Domain Knowledge: Theoretical background and research interest in artificial intelligence and strategic management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research design and data analysis capability, including experience with statistical software such as R or Python.
- Soft Skills: Strong academic writing, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Track Record: Evidence of academic publications or strong publication potential.
