Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with participating primary schools and coordinate day-to-day research operations
- Administer psychoeducational assessments and experimental tasks one-to-one with students
- Distribute, collect, and track parent and teacher questionnaires
- Maintain research records; support data entry, cleaning, and quality checking
- Assist with ethics documentation, literature searches, research reports, and stakeholder materials
- Train and coordinate part-time student research assistants during data collection
- Perform administrative and procurement tasks as required by the Principal Investigator
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good command of spoken and written English - essential for data analysis and communication with stakeholders
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines; willing to travel to school sites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
