Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on the security, reliability, and fairness of smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Design and develop analysis techniques and tools to detect vulnerabilities in blockchain systems.
- Formulate and evaluate models and metrics for fairness in decentralized environments.
- Develop prototype systems and perform experiments on real-world datasets and platforms.
- Publish research outcomes in high-quality venues and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with team members and support mentoring of students.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in smart contract security, blockchain systems, or software security.
- , formal methods, or vulnerability detection techniques is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Python, C/C++, or Java.
- Familiarity with decentralized platforms (e.g., Ethereum) and related tooling is a plus.
- Good publication record in relevant areas (e.g., security, software engineering, blockchain) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
