Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on the security, reliability, and fairness of smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).
  • Design and develop analysis techniques and tools to detect vulnerabilities in blockchain systems.
  • Formulate and evaluate models and metrics for fairness in decentralized environments.
  • Develop prototype systems and perform experiments on real-world datasets and platforms.
  • Publish research outcomes in high-quality venues and prepare technical reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and support mentoring of students.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

  • PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in smart contract security, blockchain systems, or software security.
  • , formal methods, or vulnerability detection techniques is preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Python, C/C++, or Java.
  • Familiarity with decentralized platforms (e.g., Ethereum) and related tooling is a plus.
  • Good publication record in relevant areas (e.g., security, software engineering, blockchain) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
