Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Branding: Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans to enhance NTU EEE’s brand awareness and visibility.
- Digital and Social Media Marketing: Manage content creation and posting for NTU EEE’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement and audience growth.
- Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the NTU EEE website, including news, student highlights, and event information
- Event Marketing and Coordination: Support the planning, organising and on-site management of events, such as Orientation activities, Student graduation and convocation-related events, EEE Lifelong Learning Club activities, Student engagement or outreach campaigns
- Administrative and Project Support: Provide general support for Communications and Outreach projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields.
- , digital media, or branding in an institutional or organisational setting.
- Good writing, content creation and coordination skills for digital, print and event related communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics, and content management systems; design or multimedia skills are an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
