Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate research projects and ensure they run smoothly
- Engage in and facilitate the conduct of academic activities (e.g., organize workshops and conferences, prepare manuscripts/reports)
- Conduct statistical analyses (including data cleaning, data visualization) of survey data
- Organise and participate in academic activities (i.e. workshops and seminars)
- Communicate with local and international collaborators
- Perform other general research and administrative duties where required (e.g., IRB protocol, data requests)
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Economics or related field
- A willingness to learn quantitative research methods
- Good English writing and communication skills - essential for data analysis and communication with stakeholders
- , social inequality, and/or statistics is preferred, but is not necessary
- Proficiency in a statistical package (e.g., Stata, R, or Python) preferred, but is not necessary
