Key Responsibilities
- Supervisory & Administrative Oversight
- Provide leadership and guidance to general office and administrative staff, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Oversee and optimise facilities, procurement, asset management, and day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Drive continuous process improvements, effectively monitor budgets, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Strategic & Management Support
- Assist Head (Administration and Ops) to prepare and compile institutional reports, including the College self-evaluation report, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Integrate multi-departmental inputs into coherent, evidence-based outputs.
- Visiting Committee & High-Profile Visit Coordination
- Assist Head (AO) to organize VC and QAFU visits, managing schedules, logistics, protocol, and honoraria.
- Liaise with NTU central offices and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Admin/ Public Administration or related field.
- 3 to 5 years in administration, secretariat, or governance support (higher education preferred).
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, quality assurance, and institutional reporting.
- Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
