Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advocate for the user community, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged regarding their system concerns and feel heard by the Digital Solutions department.
- Proactively communicate project roadmaps and keep the university and institution informed about the progress of institute strategic initiatives.
- Manage change effectively by ensuring users are well-informed of enterprise-level changes, system updates, and ongoing technology refresh of legacy applications.
- Establish real-time dashboards to enhance performance transparency, making project health and support metrics visible to Digital Solutions leaders and the wider division.
- Collaborate closely with the Development Team to provide visibility on project plans, stakeholder feedback, and institutional changes.
Requirements
- A University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a project management or related role, with specific exposure to stakeholder management and support.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance principles.
- Quick learner who is passionate and willing to learn new languages and technologies.
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework and Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in AI-assisted development and project management are welcome to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, capable of adapting to changes.
