Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement independent research projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary program
- Acquire and apply expertise in host-cell biology, including mammalian cell culture, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and molecular biology techniques
- Take a lead role in manuscript preparation and present research at international conferences and meetings
- Co-mentor graduate students and research staff
- Communicate regularly with principal investigators, collaborating colleagues, and lab members
Requirements
- PhD in cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and standard molecular biology techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with demonstrated experience in scientific writing
- At least one first-author publication in an internationally recognized peer-reviewed journal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a large, international team
