Key Responsibilities
- Wellbeing Learning & Skills Development
- Support the design, coordination, and implementation of structured wellbeing capability programmes (e.g., workshops, toolkits, learning pathways) for employees.
- Curate practical resources to strengthen wellbeing literacy and applied skills across diverse staff groups.
- Standardise learning materials and review session feedback to ensure consistent quality and alignment with NTU’s wellbeing framework
- Leader & Unit Enablement
- Support leaders and units in translating wellbeing principles into actionable team practices.
- Facilitate follow-up action planning sessions linked to wellbeing survey results or identified unit needs.
- Develop practical implementation guides and resources to enable unit-level adoption of wellbeing practices.
- Capability Evaluation & Culture Strengthening
- Support administration and collection of wellbeing survey data across units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in tertiary education sector, organisational development, learning & development, programme coordination, or related fields. Candidates with lesser years of experience or entry-level candidates will be considered for appointment as Senior Executive.

- Excellent team player with strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to translate wellbeing concepts into practical workplace applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, technological tools and information systems relevant in a university landscape.
- Familiarity with data collection, tracking and management and knowledge of basic programme evaluation approaches and tools.
